外加剂对磷石膏基胶凝材料性能的影响研究
Research on the Effect of Additives on the Properties of Phosphogypsum-Based Cementitious Materials

Abstract
Based on the phosphogypsum-cement-fly ash-lime composite cementitious material system,the influence of the content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and citric acid retarder on the physical and mechanical properties and working performance of phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials was investigated by single factor test.The results show that the appropriate amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and citric acid retarder can improve the working performance of phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials.Among them,0.45%content of superplasticizer can effectively disperse the particles of cementitious materials,reduce the water consumption of standard consistency,improve the fluidity of paste,and effectively delay the setting time.Through surface adsorption,the retarder with 0.05%dosage inhibits the growth and development speed of crystals,weakens the hydration reaction process,reduces the water consumption of standard consistency,increases the fluidity of paste,and significantly delays the setting time.Both of them can increase the 28d compressive strength and decrease the flexural strength and water resistance of phosphogypsum-based cementitious materials.关键词
