Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of rectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of T-staging of rectal cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 94 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2024.All patients underwent rectal ultraso-nography.Taking the postoperative pathological results as the gold standard,the application value of rectal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of T-staging of rectal cancer was analyzed.Results The accuracy rates of rectal ultrasonography in diagnosing T1,T2,T3,and T4 stages were 94.4％,96.3％,94.4％,and 92.31％respectively.The diagnostic results of a total of 89 cases were consistent with the postoperative pathological results,and the total diagnostic accuracy was 94.7％.The results of rectal ultrasonography in diagnosing the T-staging of rectal cancer were in good agreement with the postoperative pathological staging results(Kappa=0.876,P<0.05).Conclusion Rectal ultrasonography has a high accuracy rate in diagnosing the T-staging of rectal cancer and shows good consistency with the postoperative pathological staging results.It can clearly display the layers of the rectal wall invaded by the lesion and provide information on blood supply,offer-ing a basis for the clinical differential diagnosis of the T-staging of rectal cancer,with high application value.关键词
