Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified transand opening of intersphincteric space(TROPIS)procedure combined with oral administration of Qingre Qushi Decoction in the treatment of high anal fistula and its effect on anal function.Methods From May 2023 to April 2024,total 66 patients with high anal fistula admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number method,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified TROPIS procedure combined with oral administration of Qingre Qushi Decoction,while the control group was only treated with modified TROPIS procedure.The clinical efficacy,anal function scores,complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Wexner and Williams scores of anal function were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modi-fied TROPIS procedure combined with oral administration of Qingre Qushi Decoction in the treatment of high anal fistula has a definite clinical efficacy,can protect anal function,with fewer complications and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
