Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of conventional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)sequences combined with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)sequences in the preoperative diagnosis of anal fis-tula.Methods From April 2023 to November 2024,total 68 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospi-tal were selected.All patients underwent conventional MRI sequence,DWI sequence,and combined examina-tion.With the surgical results as the gold standard,the detection rates of the internal opening,fistula tract,abscess cavity,Parks classification,and the activity of anal fistula of different examination methods were com-pared.Results The accuracy of conventional sequences combined with DWI sequences in detecting the inter-nal opening,fistula tract,and abscess cavity of anal fistula was higher than that of single conventional sequences and DWI sequences(P<0.05).The accuracy of Parks classification was higher than that of single conven-tional sequences and DWI sequences(P<0.05).The accuracy of evaluating the activity of anal fistula lesions was higher than that of single sequence examination(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative use of con-ventional MRI sequences combined with DWI sequences for anal fistula diagnosis has a high detection rate,can accurately determine the distribution of the internal opening,fistula tract and abscess cavity of anal fistula,diag-nose the Parks classification of anal fistula,and evaluate the activity of the lesion.关键词
