Abstract
Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of transferred flap technique in treating irregular defect wounds formed after surgery for rare perianal diseases,and summarize its technical points and operation skills.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 11 patients with rare and difficult colorectal diseases treated in our hospital from 2019 to 2024,including 3 cases of suppurative hidradenitis of the buttocks,2 cases of perianal birthmarks,3 cases of perianal Bowen's disease,1 case of perianal basal cell carci-noma,1 case of perianal hemangioma,and 1 case of perianal Paget's disease.All patients were treated with transferred flap technique for repair,and some patients underwent multiple flap transfer surgeries,with a total of 17 repair surgeries.Results In 9 patients,there were no arterial blood supply and venous return disorders in the flaps after surgery,and the color and texture of the flaps were good.The wounds healed by first inten-tion,and no recurrence was found during the 6-12-month follow-up,and the local morphology was satisfac-tory.Conclusion The use of transferred flap technique to repair irregular defect wounds after resection of perianal lesions has a good effect and can provide an option for clinical repair of similar lesions.关键词
