经肛套扎术与内镜下套扎术治疗内痔的疗效对比
Comparison of Efficacy of Transanal Ligation and Endoscopic Ligation in Treatment of Internal Hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transanal ligation and endoscopic ligation in the treatment of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids,objectively evaluate their respective treatment advantages,and provide references for clinical practice.Methods A total of 140 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into a treatment group of 75 cases and a control group of 65 cases.The treatment group was treated with transanal hemorrhoid ligation,and the control group received endoscopic hemorrhoid ligation.The effi-cacy,postoperative complications,recurrence,etc.of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(98.67％VS 84.62％,P<0.05).The recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(4.00％VS 13.85％,P<0.05).The hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of edema and premature rubber band shedding was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transanal ligation has a stable long-term efficacy and bet-ter economic benefits,but pain management needs to be optimized.Endoscopic ligation has less trauma but a higher recurrence rate.Clinically,the ligation method should be selected individually according to the condition.关键词
