Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of segmental dentate external resection and inter-nal ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2022 to December 2024,total 130 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by the random double-blind method,with 65 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with segmental dentate external resection and internal ligation,while the control group received Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The indexes such as operation time,hospitalization time,postoperative pain and degree of anal stenosis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of postoperative pain,edema,operation time and hospitalization time(P>0.05).No anal stenosis occurred in the treatment group after operation,while 5 cases of anal stenosis occurred in the control group after operation.The incidence of anal stenosis in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmental dentate external resection and internal ligation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids,can effectively avoid the occurrence of postoperative anal steno-sis,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
