Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction after procedure for pro-lapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 116 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 58 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with PPH.The control group was given routine nursing treatment after the operation,while the observation group was treated with oral administration of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The curative effects,symptom scores and anorectal dynamic indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hematochezia,anal pain,anal edema and anal foreign body sensation were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anal diastolic pressure(ADP)and rectal resting pressure(RRP)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the maximum tolerable volume of the rectum(MTV)and the length of the anal high-pressure zone(HPZL)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of urinary retention,wound infection,mucosal cor-rosion and bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Jiedu Huoxue Decoction after PPH can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients,improve anorectal dynamic indexes,which is safe,effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
