Abstract
Objective To explore the analgesic efficacy of pudendal nerve block after external resection and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From December 2022 to March 2023,total 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated with external resection and internal ligation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group(43 cases)and a control group(37 cases).The treatment group was given spinal anesthesia combined with pudendal nerve block,while the control group only received spinal anes-thesia.The pain scores at various time points after surgery,the use of analgesics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores of the treatment group at 3h,6h,9h and 24h after surgery were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the use of analgesics and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pudendal nerve block can effectively relieve the pain within 12h after external resection and inter-nal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids,and does not increase the probability of adverse reactions,which is safe and effective.关键词
