摘要

Abstract

To improve the beneficiation efficiency of a molybdenum ore in Shaanxi,China,the effects of grinding media ratio,media filling ratio,grinding concentration,and ore-to-ball ratio on the particle size distribution and molybdenum grade of the grinding prod-ucts were systematically investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that employing a specific grinding media ratio scheme(Scheme Ⅱ),with a filling ratio of 40%,a grinding concentration of 65%,and an ore-to-ball ratio of 0.7,yielded a higher proportion of qualified size fraction.This optimal combination also facilitated the preferential grinding and liberation of gangue miner-als.Comparative flotation tests further confirmed that the optimized grinding product,after one roughing and two scavenging stages,achieved a final molybdenum concentrate recovery of 83.39%.This performance was significantly superior to that of the grinding prod-uct with a qualified fraction proportion of 50.08%.
