不同空白焙烧工艺对石煤钒浸出特性的影响
Influences of Various Blank-Roasting Leaching Techniques for Vanadium Leaching Characteristics from Stone Coal

Abstract
Taking the stone-coal in Shanyang county,Shangluo city,Shannxi provience as raw material,the leaching characteristics of vanadium were studied using two technique methods,namely pelleting-roasting leaching and powder-roasting leaching.The results indi-cate that the leaching rate of vanadium can reach 91.2%using pelleting-roasting leaching technique under condition of particle size of-0.074 mm accounting for 85.4%,roasting temperature of 860℃,roasting interval of 12 h,sulfuric acid concentration of 6%,leac-hing period of 4 h,leaching temperature of 80℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶2.Meantime,the leaching rate of vanadium is86.2%using powder-roasting leaching technique when the grinding fineness less than0.074 mm is83.2%,roasting temperature is870℃,roasting interval is 20 h,eaching period is 5 h,leaching temperature is 70℃and solid-liquid ratio is 1∶2.The indexes of pelleting-roasting leaching is better than powder-roasting leaching for the same sample and the related conclusions can provide some references for desig-ning the vanadium extraction process from the stone coal.关键词
