摘要

Abstract

Establishment of a microwave digestion-ICP-OES technique for the efficient analysis of the major element molybdenum and associated trace elements(Mo,Cu,Pb,Zn,Fe,As)in molybdenum concentrate.Using an HNO3-HCl-HF mixed acid system and a gradient digestion program,ICP-OES parameters and internal standard correction were optimized.The method exhibits a wide linear range(Mo:10~5 000 μg/g;other elements:0.1~200 μg/g),with detection limits of Cu 0.03 μg/g,Pb 0.05 μg/g,Zn 0.10 μg/g,Fe 0.07 μg/g,and As 0.02 μg/g.Spike recovery rates range from 92.4%to 106.8%(n=11,RSD≤3.5%).Compared to the wet digestion method described in YS/T 555.1-2009(Chemical analysis methods for molybdenum concentrate-Determination of molybdenum content-Lead molybdate gravimetric method),the sample pretreatment reduces acid consumption by 60%and shortens the time to 1.5 hours.This method is suitable for the rapid and accurate detection of high-matrix molybdenum concentrate samples,providing technical support for resource evaluation and green analysis.
