田间磷肥管理对玉米产能和功能营养成分的影响
Effects of field phosphate fertilizer management on the energy-yielding and functional nutrients of maize

Abstract
This study aimed to improve nutritional value of maize by precise fertilization management and identify the effects of phosphate(P)fertilizer.Taking"corn","nutritional composition""phosphorus fertilizer"and"physiological metabolism"as keywords,a total of 70 relevant articles were retrieved from databases including Web of Science,Scopus and CNKI.The effects of application rates,placement methods,the types of fertilizing and timing of fertilization on contents and composition of energy-yielding and functional nutrients were reviewed.The regulatory mechanisms were summarized briefly.The results show that:1)Proper phosphate fertilizer application increases starch,essential amino acids,unsaturated fatty acids and functional components like carotenoid,tocopherol and micro minerals;2)The efficiency of P fertilizer is affected by varieties of maize,properties of soil,environment and so on,and the overuse or lack of P fertilizer lower the nutritional value of maize kernel;3)The mechanisms involve phosphorus acquisition and translocation by roots,and P functions as part of essential enzymes participated in the synthesis and metabolites pathways of carbohydrate,amino acids and fatty acids.To summarize,research on P fertilization and nutritional values of maize is mainly in the field of plant nutrition and agronomy.Further studies should be explored by integrating food science and nutritional in the future to study the molecular mechanisms of P fertilizer management on nutrient synthesis,build the"phosphate fertilizer-environment-maize nutrition"model,and raise the nutritional value.关键词
