布氏乳杆菌对不同品种全株玉米青贮品质和有氧稳定性的影响
Effect of adding Lactobacillus buchneri on the quality and aerobic stability of whole-plant corn silage of different varieties

Abstract
To determine the effects of different corn varieties and additives on the quality of whole-plant corn silage and to screen for high-quality whole-plant corn varieties suitable for silage,the study used four corn varieties,namely'Yuhe2','Xingsheng188','Heyu9566',and'Xiandan405'as raw materials,and set up two additive treatment groups,namely the control group(CK)and a Lactobacillus buchneri(LB)group.Principal component analysis was employed for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that compared with other varieties and additive treatments,the'Yuhe2'variety had significantly higher lactic acid(LA)content under the Lactobacillus buchneri(LB)treatment(P<0.05).The dry matter(DM)and starch(ST)contents in the CK group were significantly lower than those of the LB group(P<O.05),while the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)contents in the CK group were significantly higher than those of the LB group(P<0.05).Compared with different different additives within the same variety,the lowest in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD)content was significantly lower than that of LB treatment(P<0.05)and the in vitro neutral detergent fiber digestibility(IVNDFD)of LB treated'Xiandan405'variety was significantly higher than CK(P<0.05).The ADF and NDF contents of whole-plant corn silage were significantly positively correlated with crude protein(CP)and ST content(P<0.05),while the ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N)content was significantly negatively correlated with pH and DM(P<0.05).Based on principal component analysis,the quality scores of corn silage feed from highest to lowest were:'Yuhe2'LB>'Xiandan405'LB>'Heyu9566'CK>'Xingsheng188'LB>'Heyu9566'LB>'Xiandan405'CK>'Xingsheng188'CK>'Yuhe2'CK.In conclusion,the whole-plant corn silage quality of the'Yuhe2'variety supplemented with Lactobacillus buchneri is the best and suitable for promotion and application in the Tongliao region.关键词
