秸秆覆盖下畜禽粪便兼性堆肥过程腐熟度与腐殖化特征
Maturity and humification characteristics of livestock manure during facultative composting under cornstalk covering

Abstract
To elucidate the promoting effects of regulating pile structure on compost maturity and humification under straw-covered conditions by adding additional straw,fresh pig manure and corn straw were taken as substrates.Under straw-covered condition,the co-composting of pig manure and corn straw was conducted to transform traditional composting into a static facultative composting process.Water extraction method and three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix fluorescence spectroscopy were utilized to investigate the effects of straw covering combiningwith structural regulation on seed germination and the degree of maturity and humification during static facultative composting of pig manure.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to assess the correlations among all measured parameters.The results showed that:Straw regulation significantly improved compost maturity,with the seed germination index(GI)increasing from 42.05%(pure pig manure)to 82.48%(pig manure and corn straw)at the end of the composting.Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy analyses indicated that the humification index in different layers of the straw-regulated treatment was 27.5%to 79.3%higher than that of pure pig manure composting,demonstrating a remarkable enhancement in humification.The correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations between protein-like substances,fulvic acid-like substances,soluble microbial metabolites,and humic acid-like substances,suggesting that the degradation of organic matter promoted the humification process.In conclusion,the combination of straw mulching with straw regulation can achieve efficient maturity and humification in the facultative composting of livestock manure,providing theoretical and technical support for the synergistic resource utilization of organic waste.关键词
