摘要
Abstract
Cadres in public hospitals serve as the backbone of medical innovation and development.However,current challenges in cadre team development—such as structural imbalances,a simplistic evaluation mechanism,and insufficient synergy in digital transformation—hinder the advancement of new quality productive forces in healthcare.To address these issues,this study proposes the following strategies:(1)Structural Optimization—innovating selection mechanisms to facilitate the emergence of young talents;(2)Digital Empowerment—developing a"Digital Profile System for Cadres"to integrate multi-dimensional data for scientific decision-making,alongside establishing a digital learning platform covering cutting-edge fields like telemedicine and smart hospitals;(3)Evaluation Reform—implementing a dual-track assessment system("Tangible Achievements+Potential Performance")that incorporates long-term KPIs such as discipline development and talent cultivation,while refining fault-tolerant mechanisms;and(4)Classified Training—adopting a classified cultivation approach that combines theory and practice to deliver precision training for cadres at different levels.关键词
