Research on the Impact of Technology Shock Awareness on Innovation Behavior of State-Owned Enterprise Employees:Based on the Regulation Effect of Regulatory Focus

Abstract
Against the backdrop of digital transformation in state-owned enterprises,this study investigates the influence mechanism of technology shock awareness(STARA Awareness)on employee innovation behavior based on the transactional theory of stress and the job demands-resources model,while examining the regulation effect of regulatory focus.Through analysis of 312 valid questionnaires,the research reveals:The mediating role of stress types-technology shock awareness affects employee innovation behavior through dual pathways of challenge stress(positive)and hindrance stress(negative).When employees perceive technology shocks as challenge stress,innovation behavior is stimulated;conversely,when perceived as hindrance stress,innovation behavior is inhibited.Promotion-type regulatory focus strengthens the positive relationship between technology shock awareness and challenge stress while weakening its positive relationship with hindrance stress.Prevention-type regulatory focus exhibits the opposite effect,attenuating the positive impact of challenge stress while amplifying the negative impact of hindrance stress.Enterprises should help employees reframe technology shocks as challenge stress through training and psychological interventions,while preferentially recruiting promotion-focused individuals to enhance innovation.Employees need to adjust their cognitive appraisals to actively adapt to technological changes.关键词
