无托槽隐形矫治中牙齿移动的可预测性研究进展OA
Progress in research on the predictability of tooth move-ment in clear aligner therapy
在进行无托槽隐形矫治时,正畸医生需要参考牙齿移动的可预测性进行临床决策和方法设计.然而不同牙齿移动类型的可预测性存在差异,现有研究的结论也并不统一.文章将回顾近年来对无托槽隐形矫治中牙齿移动可预测性的研究,并对当前研究中仍待解决的问题进行归纳总结,以期为临床应用提供理论支持和依据,并为今后开展相关研究给出进一步参考意见.
In clear aligner therapy,orthodontists must consider the predictability of tooth movement when making clinical decisions and treatment plans.However,the predict-ability of different types of tooth movement varies,and the con-clusions of existing studies are not consistent.This paper re-views the researches on the predictability of tooth movement in clear aligner therapy in recent years and summarizes the is-sues that remain unsolved in current studies,aiming to pro-vide theoretical support and evidence for clinical application as well as to offer further recommendations for future research.
