Towards a Better Life:The Life Politics Orientation of Smart City Construction
摘要
Abstract
The better life is inextricably linked to political structure,public order,and public val-ues.Smart city construction is subsumed in the public policy agenda to address the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development,constituting a practical form of developing life politics.Smart city construction provides a technical foundation for platform-driven supply-demand matching,the transition towards green lifestyles,and digital deliberation and democratic participa-tion.It transforms people's aspirations for an abundant material life,a harmonious green life,and a free public life into life politics issues.Avoiding the technological risks requires institutional re-flection and adaptation in terms of personal data privacy protection,accountability of algorithmic decision-making subjects,and inclusive digital deliberative democracy.关键词
