Abstract
Establishing an efficient and regularized county law enforcement collaboration system is a core issue in deepening the reform of comprehensive administrative law enforcement at the grassro-ots level.Among these initiatives,"spatial aggregation"offers a new perspective to address chal-lenges in county law enforcement collaboration.The establishment of county-township level"ad-ministrative law enforcement centers"for centralized operations has not only reconstructed a com-posite organizational structure combining bureaucratic resilience with collaborative dynamism,but also leveraged physical proximity to catalyze formal and informal interactions.This process natural-ly generates collaborative habits,reshapes the relational network of law enforcement communities,and simultaneously promotes synergistic effects between technology and institutional frameworks,thereby systematically driving improvements in county law enforcement collaboration efficiency.Furthermore,spatial aggregation creates an active"productive field"containing mechanisms of spa-tial reorganization,proximity-driven actions,and spatial integration technologies.This approach not only provides a low-institutional-friction,easy-to-implement gradual reform path for cross-de-partmental(hierarchical)law enforcement coordination,but also offers valuable insights for advan-cing holistic government development at the county level.关键词
