"AI Pollution"and Its Clarifying Governance
摘要
Abstract
"AI pollution"represents a novel form of information pollution emerging from the devel-opment of generative AI.It exhibits self-reinforcing structural vulnerabilities rooted in data defi-ciencies,algorithmic black boxes,and multimodal synthesis,which are further amplified by the in-terplay of institutional lag,platform mechanisms,and user behaviors.Vertically,a tiered response mechanism addressing pollution generation,dissemination,and cognitive impact shall be implemen-ted through source governance,process governance,and dynamic governance.Horizontally,a comprehensive governance framework encompassing front-end containment,mid-end interception,and back-end mitigation shall be established via multidimensional coordination among technological agility,organizational agility,and value agility.关键词
