New Quality Productivity Driving Innovation in Public Health Governance from Theoretical Logic and Practical Di-rection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the innovation path of public health management in China from the perspective of new quality productivity theory.Methods Through literature review and data released by authoritative departments,the theoretical implications and practical challenges of public health governance innovation driven by new quality productivity were analyzed.Results The new quality productivity accelerated the qualitative evolution of supply and demand in the field of public health,the essence of which was the emergence of new quality and efficiency of governance capacity.At the same time,the limited support of new quality,the poor allocation of new quality elements,the weak adaptability of early warning and the insufficient regulation of digital risk man-agement also restrict the effectiveness of public health governance innovation.Conclusion In order to break the problem of new quality productivity driving public health governance innovation,it is necessary to consider the strategic layout of new quality,the value orientation of new quality,the integration of emergency digital treatment technology,and the risk prevention and control mechanism of digital treatment,so as to improve the new quality and efficiency of public health governance.关键词
