南昌市社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求差异及多维影响因素分析
Analysis of the Demand Variations of The Home-Based Elderly for Integrated Medical and Elderly Care Services in Nanchang City and Its Multidimensional Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of the demand for integrated medical and elderly care services among the home-based elderly in Nanchang City and its influencing factors,so as to propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of integrated medical and elderly care services in Nanchang.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was applied to select the home-based elderly individuals aged 60 and above within three selected districts for questionnaire survey.Statistical descriptions were made on the current status of demand for integrated medical and elderly care services among the elderly.Using Andersens Behavioral Model as the theoretical framework,logistic regression analysis was employed to examine the influence of predisposing factors,enabling factors,and need factors on the demand for integrated medical and elderly care services among older adults.Results There were significant differences in the demand for various types of integrated medical and elderly care services a-mong the home-based elderly in Nanchang City,which were ranked in descending order of need as spiritual comfort services(53.1％),medical rehabilitation and healthcare services(43.0％),and daily life care services(28.4％).Predisposing factors(gender,age,marital status),enabling factors(primary source of economic support),and need factors(self-rated health,chronic disease status)all exert influences on the demand for integrated medical and elderly care services among the elderly,with distinct variations across different service categories.Specifically,elderly women,those who are not currently married,and with poorer self-rated health status had a higher demand for life care services within the framework of integrated medical and elderly care.Elderly individuals with more chronic diseases had a higher demand for medical rehabilitation and healthcare services within this framework.Compared to elderly individuals whose primary source of income is their pension,those relying on continued work income had a lower demand for medical rehabilitation and healthcare services.Furthermore,elderly women,those at advanced a-ges,and those with poorer self-rated health status had a higher demand for psychological comfort services within integrated medi-cal and elderly care.Conclusion The demand for integrated medical and elderly care services is associated with multidimensional factors.Relevant government departments should take more targeted and purposeful measures to promote its development.关键词
