Study on the Pathways to Improve China's Pharmaceutical Traceability System Based on Investigation on the United States
摘要
Abstract
Drug traceability system is an important means to achieve risk management,full-process control and social co-governance of drugs,and an objective need to promote the high-quality development of drug supervision.Based on review of the current status of China's drug traceability system,the existing problems were analyzed from the aspects of unified system,regulato-ry mechanism,legal responsibility and institutional cost.In response to the existing problems,by drawing on the experience of the United States,countermeasures and suggestions to improve Chinas drug traceability system were put forward from the aspects of building a unified drug traceability system,strengthening overall supervision of drug safety,clarifying the legal responsibilities of supply chain entities and reducing institutional costs.关键词
