农村中老年人数字化技术使用对其主动健康行为的影响研究
Researches on the Impact of Digital Technology Use on Active Health Behaviors of Rural Middle Aged and Elderly People

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact mechanism of digital technology using on active health behaviors among rural middle-aged and elderly people in areas,and provide a reference for healthy aging.Methods Based on data of the 2021 China General Social Survey(CGSS),focused on middle-aged and elderly people over 45 years old,methods such as Logit regression model,robustness test,and generalized structural model were used to analyze the impact of digital technology use on active health behaviors among rural middle-aged and elderly people.Results Using digital technology by rural middle-aged and elderly peo-ple was conducive to the realization of their active health behaviors(P＜0.05).And the use of digital technology by rural middle-aged and elderly people improved their social,learning,and leisure efficiency,thus stimulating and enhancing their active health behaviors.Conclusion The government should pay close attention to the demand of rural middle-aged and elderly groups for the use of digital technology and effectively improve their ability to use digital technology.The health departments should build a health monitoring and health information communication platform for residents through digital technology,and strengthen the guidance of active health behaviors of rural middle-aged and elderly people.The enterprises should innovate digital products based on the premise of aging,and develop diversified health and leisure functions to improve the efficiency of digital technology use among rural middle-aged and elderly people.关键词
