摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fractional laser combined with epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of atrophic acne scars. Methods From August 2023 to March 2025,80 patients with atrophic acne scars who visited Zhengzhou Delaimei Plastic Surgery Hospital were divided into two groups based on the treatment methods. In the control group(n=40),fractional laser treatment was given, and in the observation group(n=40),epidermal growth factor gel was added. After three treatment courses, the skin recovery status of the patients after treatment, the scores of vancouver scar scale and acne specific quality of life were evaluated, and the incidence of complications was statistically analyzed. Results The duration of erythema after laser treatment in the control group was(11.63±2.17)d,while in the observation group it was(9.04±1.63)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for crust shedding in the control group was(8.68±1.74)d,and in the observation group it was(7.04±1.43)d,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the vancouver scar scale score of the control group was(6.03±1.58)points,and that of the observation group was(4.13±1.43)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the acne specific quality of life score of the control group was(67.63±4.92)points,and that of the observation group was(72.06±4.59)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in both groups was 10.00%,and there was no difference between the groups, the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of fractional laser treatment and epidermal growth factor gel is effective in treating atrophic acne scars, can significantly improve the appearance of the scar and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
