强脉冲光联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with AHAs in the treatment of melasma.Methods The medical records of 83 melasma patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from February 2022 to September 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into groups according to treatment methods:41 cases in the control group received strong pulsed light,and 42 cases in the observation group received strong pulsed light combined with fruit acid.The clinical efficacy,MAS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the MASI score and brown spot count were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups did not experience scars,erythema,pigmentation,blisters,or edema.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with AHA in the treatment of melasma are high,and the recurrence rate is low.关键词
