Abstract
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of ultra-picosecond laser and Q-Switched 755 nm alexandrite laser in tattoo removal.Methods 113 patients with tattoo removal who inwere admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospitalour hospital from January 2017 to December 2023 were selected and divided into Q755 nm group(51 cases)and ultra-picosecond group(62 cases)according to different time periods.The Q755 nm group was treated with Q-Switched 755 nm alexandrite laser,and the ultra-picosecond group was treated with ultra-picosecond laser.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the pain degree was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)during treatment,6 h after treatment and 24 h after treatment.The treatment times and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results The effective rate in ultra-picosecond group(88.71%)was higher than that in Q755 group(72.55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the VAS score in the ultra-picosecond group was lower than that in the Q755 group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups at 6 h and 24 h after treatment(P>0.05).The number of times of treatment inultra-picosecond group was(4.76 1.23)less than that in Q755 group(5.38 1.55),the satisfaction rate of ultra-picosecond group(90.32%)was higher than that of Q755 group(74.51%),and the incidence of adverse reactions(3.23%)was lower than that of Q755 group(13.73%),the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy,treatment times,pain response,satisfaction rate and adverse reaction control of ultra-picosecond laser in tattoo removal are better than those of Q-Switched 755 nm alexandrite laser.关键词
