Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of non ablative dot matrix laser combined with acupoint embedding for facial rejuvenation.Methods From January 2023 to January 2025,109 patients who were scheduled to undergo facial rejuvenation treatment in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:a control group of 54 cases and an observation group of 55 cases.They were treated with non ablative dot matrix laser therapy and laser combined with acupoint embedding,respectively.The skin improvement effect and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the VISIA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FWS and WSRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scale(GQOL)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of non ablative dot matrix laser combined with acupoint embedding in facial rejuvenation treatment can improve the skin improvement effect,quality of life,and satisfaction of patients,with fewer complications.关键词
