Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of subcutaneous dissection in the treatment of acne scars.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 80 patients with acne sunken scars in Xiamen Xinglin Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025.All patients were treated with subcutaneous dissection,and they were divided into the test group.All patients underwent subcutaneous separation surgery and were divided into an experimental group.Another 80 patients who underwent human epidermal growth factor gel treatment during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent outpatient follow-up examinations at 1 month and 3 months postoperatively,and their clinical efficacy,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results During the 3-month follow-up period,there were no lost cases in both the control group and the experimental group.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.75%,while that of the control group was 62.50%.The experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in preoperative DLQI scores between the two groups,but the DLQI scores decreased in both groups at 1 and 3 months after surgery,with the experimental group lower than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.50%,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with non-subcutaneous separation surgery,subcutaneous separation surgery is significantly more effective in the treatment of acne-related depressed scars,reducing the negative impact of the condition on patients'quality of life,and is also highly safe.关键词
