面部整形青年群体体象障碍现状及其影响因素分析
Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of body image disorders in young people undergoing facial plastic surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of body image disorder and its influencing factors among young people undergoing facial plastic surgery.Methods The data of 96 young people who underwent facial plastic surgery admitted to Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to June 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into the occurrence group(23 cases)and the non-occurrence group(73 cases)based on whether body image disorders occurred or not.The general data of the two groups of patients were compared,and the factors influencing body image disorders in the young group undergoing facial plastic surgery were analyzed.Results There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,body mass index,place of residence,educational level,marital status,income level,occupation,and postoperative complications between the two groups of young people(P>0.05).The previous plastic surgery history,facial plastic surgery history of family members or friends,and decision regret of the patients in the occurrence group were all higher than those in the non-occurrence group,while self-acceptance and social support were both lower than those in the non-occurrence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Previous plastic surgery history,family or friends'history of facial plastic surgery,and decision regret are all independent risk factors affecting body image disorder in the young group undergoing facial plastic surgery(P<0.05),while self-acceptance and social support are both protective factors affecting body image disorder in the young group undergoing facial plastic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The patients in the occurrence group had a higher history of previous plastic surgery,facial plastic surgery history of family members or friends,and decision-making regret than those in the non-occurrence group.Their self-acceptance and social support were lower than those in the non-occurrence group.In view of the above factors,plastic surgeons should attach great importance to them before facial plastic surgery.关键词
