伴侣亲密关系对IVF-ET女性患者社交焦虑与抑郁的影响:现状及相关性研究
Impact of partner intimacy on social anxiety and depression in women undergoing IVF-ET:a study on current status and correlation

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of partner intimacy,social anxiety,and depression in women undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),and to focus on analyzing the impact of partner intimacy on social anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 300 women with infertility who received IVF-ET assisted reproductive technology at the Reproduction Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research subjects using the convenience sampling method.The Chinese version of Locke-Wollance Marital Adjustment Test(LWMAT),Chinese version of Interaction Anxiety Scale(IAS),and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to assess the patients'partner intimacy,social anxiety,and depression,respectively.The total scores of Chinese version of IAS and SDS were compared among patients with different partner intimacy statuses,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the intercorrelation of the study variables.Results The total score of the Chinese version of LWMAT for the 300 women undergoing IVF-ET was(106.60±12.37)points.Among them,213 women(71.00％)had a good partner intimacy(good partner intimacy group),while 87 women(29.00％)had a dysfunctional one(dysfunctional partner intimacy group).The total score of the Chinese version of the IAS was(48.90±9.54)points.Specifically,15 women(5.00％)had low social anxiety,132 women(44.00％)had moderate social anxiety,and 153 women(51.00％)had high social anxiety.The total score of SDS was(56.35±8.31)points.Of the participants,96 women(32.00％)showed no depression,137 women(45.67％)had mild depression,and 67 women(22.33％)had moderate to severe depression.The dysfuntional partner intimacy group had higher total scores on the Chinese version of the IAS and SDS than the good partner intimacy group(all P<0.05).Results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of Chinese version of LWMAT was negatively correlated with the total scores of Chinese version of IAS and SDS(r=-0.658,-0.848,respectively;all P<0.05),and the total score of Chinese version IAS was positively correlated with the total score of SDS(r=0.544,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of partner intimacy among women undergoing IVF-ET is moderately high.However,nearly 30％of patients still experience dysfuntional partner intimacy.More than half of the patients exhibit high social anxiety,and nearly 70％show depressive symptoms.Partner intimacy is a significant factor influencing social anxiety and depression in this population.Healthcare professionals should prioritize the assessment of partner intimacy and implement couple-based intervention strategies focused on improving intimacy to alleviate patients'anxiety and depression,thereby supporting optimized IVF-ET treatment outcomes.关键词
