Effect Analysis of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Clinical Application Management of Proton Pump Inhibitors in Tumor Chemotherapy Patients

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational use of proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in tumor chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 200 medical records of hospitalized tumor chemotherapy patients who used PPI in the hospital from January to June 2023(before intervention)and 200 medical records from January to June 2024(after intervention)were randomly selected at equal intervals through the hospital information system,which were as the control group and the observation group,respectively.Based on PPI drug instructions,relevant guidelines and expert consensus,the drug use evaluation(DUE)standards for PPI were formulated.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to analyze the weight of 12 evaluation indicators(indications,disease duration record,dosage and administration,route of administration,treatment course,drug combination,incompatibility,contraindications,special populations,special pathological conditions,adverse reactions and management,interactions)in the PPI DUE standards.The matrix of the rationality evaluation of each medical record was constructed by using the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method.The optimal solution(positive ideal solution)and the worst solution(negative ideal solution)under two limit states were obtained by standardizing the data,and the relative closeness(Ci)between each medical record and the positive ideal solution was calculated.According to the evaluation results,targeted pharmaceutical intervention was carried out for the patients in the observation group.The rationality of medication was compared between the two groups.Results The weight coefficients of the 12 evaluation indicators were 0.186 6,0.044 0,0.050 3,0.045 9,0.038 2,0.048 2,0.164 2,0.194 7,0.055 1,0.055 1,0.057 5 and 0.060 4 in sequence,which met the consistency requirement.The rational rates of indications,disease duration record,route of administration and treatment course in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of Ci≥0.8(rational)in the observation group was 77.00%,which was significantly higher than 47.50%in the control group;the proportion of Ci<0.6(irrational)was 15.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of AHP method and TOPSIS method can effectively analyze the use of PPI in patients with tumor chemotherapy,which is helpful for clinical pharmacists to find problems and intervene in time,so as to promote clinical safe and rational drug use.关键词
