智能加药预估程序用于全自动口服摆药系统效果评价
Evaluation of the Efficacy of An Intelligent Dosing Estimation Program in Automatic Oral Drug Dispensing System

Abstract
Objective To optimize the dismantled drugs management of automatic oral drug dispensing system(AODDS)and improve the work efficiency of pharmacists.Methods An intelligent dosing estimation program was designed based on the previous day's single-machine drug consumption,the existing inventory value and the set inventory lower limit value of the AODDS and the basic drug information of the hospital information system.Pre-replenishment was performed according to the program report.The accuracy rate and error rate of dismantled drugs,pharmacists'dispensing time and the satisfaction with the program were compared before the application(July to September 2024,traditional manual mode)and after the application(October to December 2024,program estimation mode)the application of the program.Results The accuracy rate and error rate of the program estimation mode were(90.39±9.21)%and(23.79±12.03)%,respectively,which were significantly better than(65.32±4.56)%and(73.09±7.56)%of the traditional manual mode(P<0.05).After the application of the program estimation mode,pharmacists'daily oral drug dispensing time was shortened from(187.65±12.33)min to(158.30±7.00)min(P<0.01).The overall satisfaction of pharmacists with the program was 4.89 points(satisfactory).Conclusion The intelligent dosing estimation program can significantly improve the estimation accuracy of dismantled drugs in the AODDS of the hospital pharmacy and the work efficiency of pharmacists,enhance the timeliness of patients'medication,and provide a feasible solution for the intellectualization of hospital pharmacy management.关键词
