唑类药物药品说明书交叉过敏警示标注现状调研
Survey on the Current Status of Cross-Allergy Warnings Labeling in Azole Drug Instructions

Abstract
Objective To provide reference for the rational use of azole drugs in clinical practice.Methods Relevant reference books were refered to identify commonly used azole drugs,and the target drugs were determined by consulting literature and relevant websites,combined with the occurrence of cross-allergy.The drug instruction database of Pharnexcloud was primarily refered to conduct a search for cross-allergic reactions to azole drugs in the sections of medication contraindications,interactions,and precautions.At the same time,Dingxiangyuan Medication Assistant and Meikang MCDEX Rational Drug Use Support System were used to corroborate the search results and analyze the current status of cross-allergic warning labeling in the instructions for this type of drugs.Meanwhile,″cross-allergic reaction″ ″allergic reaction″ ″imidazole″ ″azole″(in Chinese and English)were used as key words,and the reports on cross-allergic reactions to azole drugs were searched in Chinese and English databases such as CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed,Springer,and Web of Science.Results The target drug was comfirmed as an azole drug had been was containing imidazole and triazole groups.After eliminating duplicate varieties,a total of 104 drugs were obtained,including 19 proton pump inhibitors in 6 categories,30 anti-anaerobic drugs in 8 categories,17 systemic antifungal drugs in 6 categories,33 topical antifungal drugs in 17 categories,and 5 other preparations in 4 categories.Among them,there were 8 cases of missing cross-allergy warnings in the instructions for systemic azole drugs[Lansoprazole(5 dosage forms),Isavuconazonium Capsules,Mizolastine Sustained-Release Tablets,and Methimazole Enteric-Coated Tablets],and the warning contents of 15 drugs from different manufacturers were not unified;there was 1 case of missing cross-allergy warnings in the instructions for topical azole drugs(Compound Miconazole Nitrate Ointment),and the warning contents of 16 drugs from different manufacturers were not unified.Conclusion Currently,there are a few missing cross-allergy warnings labeling in the instructions for azole drugs,and the warning content varies significantly among different manufacturers,which increases the risk of clinical medication and should arouse attention.关键词
