补中益气丸治疗心血管疾病的临床证据评价与系统综述
Evaluation of clinical evidence and systematic review of Buzhong Yiqi Pill in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy evidence of Buzhong Yiqi Pill in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Buzhong Yiqi Pill for cardiovascular diseases(coronary heart disease,hypotension,heart failure)were searched in databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library from inception to December 2024.Data were screened and extracted,literature quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Assessment Tool,and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4.Results A total of 15 RCTs involving 1442 patients were included.The meta-analysis revealed that in the coronary heart disease group:Buzhong Yiqi Pill significantly improved the effective rate of angina relief(RR=1.19,95%CI[1.03,1.38],P=0.02),enhanced electrocardiogram efficacy(RR=1.22,95%CI[1.10,1.34],P=0.0001),shortened the duration of ST-segment depression(MD=-23.81,95%CI[-35.17,-12.44],P<0.0001),reduced the frequency of ST-segment depression(MD=-2.81,95%CI[-5.46,-0.17],P=0.04),and decreased the incidence of complications(RR=0.43,95%CI[0.32,0.57],P<0.000 01).Hypotension group:Buzhong Yiqi Pill upright systolic blood pressure(MD=14.08,95%CI[9.25,18.90],P<0.000 01)and upright diastolic blood pressure(MD=11.48,95%CI[9.45,13.52],P<0.000 01)were significantly increased.Heart failure group:Buzhong Yiqi Pill significantly improved the clinical efficacy(RR=2.95,95%CI[1.08,8.06],P=0.03).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Pill can effectively improve angina symptoms,electrocardiogram outcomes,hypotension,and clinical efficacy in heart failure among patients with cardiovascular diseases,while reducing complications.This study provides clinical evidence for the use of Buzhong Yiqi Pill in treating cardiovascular diseases.关键词
