复方地肤子软膏治疗咸味黏液质型湿疹的临床效果
Observation of the clinical efficacy of compound Difuzi Ointment in treating savory phlegmatic eczema
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound Difuzi Ointment in treating savory phlegmatic eczema.Methods From February to November 2024,96 cases of savory phlegmatic eczema patients who were diagnosed with eczema in Hospital of Xinjiang Traditional Uyghur Medicine were studied,and they were divided into 48 cases each in the observation group and the control group by applying excel random number table.The control group was given basic treatment according to the savory phlegmatic eczema diagnosis and treatment program,and the observation group was combined with the application of compound Difuzi Ointment on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after the treatment,Uyghur medical fluid-related transformation index,severity scores,itchiness scores,as well as the level of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines.Results After treatment,the eczema area and severity index(EASI)score,itch visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and Uyghur medical fluid-related transformation index of the two groups decreased compared with the pre-treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment,IL-4 and IL-6 decreased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 91.67%,higher than that of the control group,which was 81.25%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of compound Difuzi Ointment in treating savory phlegmatic eczema is significant,which can improve the severity of eczema,alleviate itching symptoms and the main and secondary symptoms related to Uyghur medicine body fluids,regulating Th1/Th2 immune imbalance,which is worthy of further in-depth research and promotion in the clinic.关键词
