伴随继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的维持性血液透析患者在治疗过程中的经济毒性的研究进展
Research progress on financial toxicity in the treatment of maintenance haemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism
摘要
Abstract
Secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)in maintenance hemodialysis patients,as one of the most common complications of chronic kidney disease,presents a particularly prominent issue of financial toxicity during its treatment.Studies indicate that SHPT patients not only bear the cost of basic dialysis but also incur additional expenses for medications such as calcium supplements,vitamin D analogs,calcimimetics,and related diagnostic tests.Most of these costs are not covered by medical insurance,imposing a heavy economic burden on patients and their families.Recent research has revealed a significant correlation between financial toxicity and treatment adherence,disease control outcomes,and quality of life in SHPT patients.Excessive financial burdens may lead patients to reduce or discontinue medications without medical guidance,exacerbating their condition and creating a vicious cycle.Therefore,this article systematically reviews the financial toxicity issues in maintenance hemodialysis patients with SHPT,aiming to provide guidance for alleviating economic burdens and optimizing cost-reduction strategies.关键词
