D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠模型研究进展
Research progress of D-galactose induced aging mouse model
摘要
Abstract
As population aging intensifies,aging research has become a hot spot in the scientific field.Constructing senescent animal models is an important tool to study the aging mechanism,but the long cycle and high cost of natural aging models limit their application.Therefore,D-galactose(D-gal)-induced senescence models are favored for their simplicity,short cycle time,and high reproducibility.In this paper,we systematically reviewed the construction method of D-gal-induced mouse aging model,summarized its aging performance and molecular mechanism in brain,liver,kidney and other organs,and explored the related evaluation indexes.D-gal model can simulate the aging phenomenon in a short period of time,which provides an important theoretical basis for revealing the aging mechanism and searching for anti-aging targets.However,the model also has the limitations of chemical damage,individual differences,and the inability to completely simulate natural aging.Future studies should optimize the performance of the model and expand its application in the fields of neurodegenerative diseases,metabolic diseases,and tumors,so as to provide more reliable theoretical support for the screening and evaluation of anti-aging drugs.关键词
