Research progress on methods to improve the success rate of radial artery puncture
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence and mortality of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)have been continuously increasing,seriously affecting people's health and lives.Coronary angiography is a crucial imaging method in the diagnosis and treatment of CHD,and its main puncture routes are the radial artery and the distal radial artery approach.Because of the characteristics of CHD,early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for the prognosis of patients.Therefore,improving the success rate of puncture is of great significance in reducing the occurrence of cardiovascular events and related complications.Thus,this article reviews the methods to improve the success rate of radial artery puncture during coronary angiography,with a focus on prolonged occlusion flow-mediated dilatation,aiming to provide references for cardiovascular interventional physicians in clinical practice.关键词
