壮药衍精汤对少弱精子症(肾精亏损型)的临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction on oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction on oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type).Methods A total of 80 patients with oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)who visited Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by using randomized numerical table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given oral administration of Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction,and the control group was given oral administration of Clomiphene citrate capsules.Both groups were treated for 30 days,and the total effective rate,apparent rate,total sperm count,sperm concentration,progressive motility sperm percentage(PR),PR+non-progressive motility sperm percentage(NR),TCM symptom score,the expression levels of interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in semen,were compared between the two groups.Results The difference between the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the apparent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total sperm count,sperm concentration,PR,PR+NR,and IL-10 of the patients of the two groups were elevated,and the TCM symptom score,IL-2,and TNF-α were all reduced after treatment,and the total sperm count,sperm concentration,PR,PR+NR,IL-10 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM symptom score,IL-2,and TNF-α were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of oligozoospermia(kidney essence deficiency type)with Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction has good clinical efficacy,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of spermatozoa,and can regulate the expression levels of IL-2,IL-10,and TNF-α in the patient's semen,which may be one of the mechanisms of the treatment of oligozoospermia with Zhuang Yao Diffractive Spermatozoa Decoction.关键词
