精细化护理在结直肠癌造口化疗患者中的应用研究
Application research of refined nursing in patients undergoing colostomy chemotherapy for colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in colorectal cancer patients with stoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 50 colorectal cancer stoma patients who received chemotherapy in the Oncology Department of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group implemented refined nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of stoma complications,the level of stigma(assessed by the social impact scale[SIS]),and the quality of life(European Organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30[EORTC-QLQ-C30])were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,in the first and third months after discharge,the total incidence of stoma complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.00%<44.00%,8.00%<40.00%).In all dimensions of the stigma level,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can effectively reduce the risk of stoma complications in colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy,alleviate their sense of stigma,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
