高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死患者平衡和下肢运动功能的影响
Effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on balance and lower limb motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)therapy on balance and lower limb motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 86 ACI patients admitted to Gansu Wuwei Tumor Hospital(Gansu Province Wuwei Academy of Medical Sciences)from September 2022 to December 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.All eligible patients received conventional medical treatment and rehabilitation therapy.The rehabilitation regimen consisted of 20 minutes per session,twice daily,6 days per week,for 4 weeks.The observation group additionally received HBO therapy once daily,6 days per week,for 4 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Berg balance scale(BBS),and Fugl-Meyer assessment for lower extremity(FMA-LE)were used to evaluate balance and lower limb motor function before treatment and at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,NIHSS scores decreased in both groups compared to baseline,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).FMA-LE scores in both groups increased compared to baseline,with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,NIHSS scores further decreased in both groups compared to baseline,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).BBS and FMA-LE scores increased compared to baseline,with the observation group showing higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of HBO therapy to conventional rehabilitation can more effectively improve balance and lower limb motor function in patients with ACI.关键词
