塞来昔布联合尪痹片治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果及对炎症因子水平的影响
Clinical efficacy of celecoxib combined with Wenbi tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its impact on inflammatory factor levels

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of celecoxib combined with Wenbi tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its regulatory effects on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)levels.Methods A total of 83 KOA patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=43)using random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with celecoxib alone,while those in the observation group received a combination of celecoxib and Wenbi tablets.The treatment course lasted for 4 weeks.Pain was assessed using the visual analogue scale(VAS),joint function was evaluated,and levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum and synovial fluid were measured before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The joint function scores of both groups improved significantly compared to those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Regarding inflammatory markers,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-1,and IL-1β in both serum and synovial fluid decreased significantly,while the level of TIMP-1 increased significantly in both groups after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Further intergroup comparisons showed that the improvements in these indicators were significantly greater in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of safety,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of clinical efficacy,the therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenbi tablets and celecoxib demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of KOA,effectively relieving pain and markedly improving the expression levels of hs-CRP,IL-1,IL-1β,and TIMP-1 in both serum and synovial fluid.This integrative treatment approach leverages the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine and provides new insights and strategies for the management of KOA.关键词
