骨盆骨折患者术后康复效果的影响因素分析
Analysis of influencing factors of rehabilitation effect in patients with pelvic fracture

Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of the postoperative rehabilitation effect in patients with pelvic fractures,and provide a basis for clinical intervention.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 82 patients who underwent pelvic fracture surgery in the Department of Orthopedics of the First People's Hospital of Qinzhou City from September 2022 to September 2024.According to the rehabilitation effect,they were divided into a good rehabilitation group with 61 cases and a poor rehabilitation group with 21 cases.Univariate and Logistic regression analyses were performed on factors such as age between the two groups.Results Among the 82 cases,61 cases(74.39%)had excellent or good rehabilitation,and 21 cases(25.61%)had poor rehabilitation.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age≥60 years old,early postoperative activities,perioperative complications,patient education level,serum albumin,and C-reactive protein(CRP)(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis indicated that the above-mentioned indicators were all influencing factors of the postoperative rehabilitation effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥60 years old,early postoperative activity status,perioperative complications,education level,serum albumin,and CRP levels affect the postoperative rehabilitation of pelvic fractures,and targeted intervention measures need to be taken.关键词
