新形势下某三级综合医院临床医生公共卫生知识体系认知现状调查及分析
An investigation and analysis of the current status of clinician's cognition of the public sanitation knowledge system in a tertiary general hospital under the new situation

Abstract
Objective To assess the understanding of the public sanitation knowledge system among clinicians in a tertiary general hospital and analyze their current level of cognition regarding the knowledge system,thereby providing a foundational basis for the standardized development of public sanitation education programs for clinicians.Methods A total of 300 cases of clinicians in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital were investigated in September 2024.The study examined the basic characteristics of the clinicians,their comprehension of preventive medicine courses,their knowledge related to public sanitation,and their satisfaction with public sanitation training,statistical analyses were conducted.Results The clinicians'comprehension of preventive medicine should be further enhanced,with a total score of 24.81 and an average score of(2.48±0.15).Additionally,clinicians are recommended to reinforce their understanding and practical skills in public sanitation,which currently have a total score of 33.13 and an average score of(2.54±0.64).The survey assessing clinician satisfaction with public sanitation training identified several influencing factors:the practicality of training content,alignment with individual needs,effectiveness relative to expectations,reasonableness of the training schedule,clarity of training objectives,comprehensibility and mastery of content,logical coherence in the instructor's language expression,interaction levels between instructors and participants,as well as the instructor's ability to create and manage a conducive classroom atmosphere(P<0.001).Conclusion The innovation of educational methodologies and the integration of learning resources will significantly enhance clinicians'comprehension of preventive medicine curricula and public sanitation-related knowledge.关键词
