中医肿瘤病机的古代源流考辨
Historical investigation of the ancient origins of traditional Chinese medicine theory of tumor pathogenesis
摘要
Abstract
The understanding of tumors in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history.Ancient medical scholars often classified tumors as abdominal mass,abdominal mass,sore and ulcer etc.Based on the naming characteristics of ancient tumors,tumors can be distinguished from other diseases from the perspectives of disease names,pathogenesis,and symptoms.The understanding of the core pathogenesis of tumors,which is 'deficiency,phlegm,stasis,toxin',originated during the pre-Qin to Han dynasty,expanded during the Two Jin dynasties to the Five dynasties,enriched during the Song,Jin,and Yuan dynasties,and matured during the Ming and Qing dynasties.Examining and analyzing the historical documents about the pathogenesis of tumors can help us clearly grasp the development and evolution process of tumor pathogenesis,which is also instructive and guiding for contemporary research on the pathogenesis of tumors in TCM.关键词
