沼气提纯尾气中甲烷的深冷回收与碳捕集研究
Deep Cooling Recovery of Methane and Carbon Capture from Biogas Purification Tail Gas

Abstract
Membrane purification is currently one of the most commonly used biogas purification processes,but usually only focuses on the front-end methane purity enhancement,and pays less attention to the recovery and capture of methane and CO2 in the purified tail gas.According to practical monitoring,the methane and CO2 in the tail gas of most projects account for about 10%and 90%,and the greenhouse effect should not be ignored.However,there is a lack of suitable methane and CO2 recovery and capture systems for tail gas.Based on a 50000 m3·d-1 biogas production site in Anhui Province,this study proposes a cascade compression-cooled methane deep-cooling recovery and CO2 capture system,which consists of four modules to realize the recovery and sequestration of methane and CO2.Detailed thermodynamic analyses and economic e-valuations show that the optimal cascade compression pressure P6 is 3400 kPa,the optimal throttling pressure P25 is 1490 kPa,and the larger the amount of refluxed liquid CO2,m20,the better,but its value needs to be set according to the sub-sequent actual demand.The maximum efficiency of the system reaches 43.26%,the COP of the system is 4.06,and the NPV of the system reaches 2744000 yuan,which has good thermodynamic and economic performance.The annual methane recovery and CO2 capture of the system are 95.3 tons and 3300 tons,respectively,and the system reduces 5692.8 tons of greenhouse gases,which helps the project to change from zero emission to "negative" carbon sequestration.关键词
