Effects of Alcohol Cassava Residue on Wet Storage Quality and Methane Production Potential of Rice Straw

Abstract
Rice straw and alcohol cassava residue were mixed for wet storage according to different carbon-nitrogen ratios(C/N)ratios,and the effects of different C/N ratios(20∶1,25∶1,30∶1)on the wet storage quality of raw materials and the subsequent methane production potential were analyzed.After 30 days of wet storage,compared with the other treatment groups,the C/N 20 group had the lowest pH value(3.99±0.05),the highest lactic acid yield of(50.72±0.55)g·kg-1 DM,and the lowest dry matter loss rate of 4.27%.Compared with the storage group with only rice straw,the relative a-bundance of acid-producing bacteria such as Lactobacillus,Bacillus and Geobacillus in the mixed storage group increased by more than 95%.Compared with the unstored raw materials,the cumulative methane yield of the C/N 20 and C/N 25 groups increased by 4.27%and 3.23%,respectively,and decreased by 5.67%in the C/N 30 group after 30 days of wet storage.Mixing alcohol cassava residue and rice straw with a 20~25∶1 C/N ratio not only improved the storage quality,but also made the microbial colony structure more stable,which was more conducive to improving the subsequent methane yield.It provides a technical basis for the storage link of biogas project using lignocellulose as raw material.关键词
