教育信息化背景下SPOC教学模式在护理管理学的应用
The Application of SPOC Teaching Model in Nursing Management under the Background of Educational Informatization

Abstract
This article combed through the team building,curriculum resource development,curriculum implementation forms,cur-riculum evaluation methods,and teaching effectiveness of the small private online course(SPOC)teaching model for the undergradu-ate course Nursing Management at Henan University of Chinese Medicine.Combining the curriculum characteristics and talent train-ing objectives,and based on the current background of educational informatization,it formed and applies the SPOC teaching model for Nursing Management in the context of educational informatization.This teaching model has effectively achieved the teaching objec-tives.Students have a good learning experience,and their autonomous learning and thinking abilities have been improved.Meanwhile,it enhanced the fun of the classroom and improved the teaching effect.关键词
